The role
Line 1: Lead AI adoption across the organization by designing and delivering production-grade AI automation prototypes (GenAI, LLMs, agents) that address real business needs.
Line 2: Partner with cross-functional teams to convert workflows into high-impact AI use cases with measurable ROI.
Line 3: Build scalable, secure AI solutions using Python and Golang, from ideation to productionalization, including prototyping, testing, and deployment.
Line 4: Mentor engineers on design principles, coding standards, AI productivity tools, and responsible AI practices including prompt engineering.
Line 5: Collaborate with AI Platform and DevX to leverage shared infrastructure, ensure scalability, security, and smooth adoption by teams; pilot and iterate based on feedback.
Line 6: Define success metrics, track ROI, stay at the forefront of AI technologies, and uphold data privacy and compliance standards.
