The role
Own and define the ML roadmap aligned with business goals, delivering scalable, reliable production systems.
Lead multiple ML teams to design, develop, and deploy models and data-driven features.
Establish a culture of scientific rigor and real-world pragmatism, quantifying feature impact on engagement metrics.
Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and marketing to plan and execute end-to-end deployments.
Hire, grow, and retain top ML and data talent while building a diverse, high-performing team.
Required: 10+ years in engineering or science, 7+ years of leadership, strong Python/SQL, and extensive ML expertise; MS or PhD preferred.
