The role
Translate and implement AI integrations into core developer workflows, evaluating architectures such as LLMs, RAG, and MCP.
Build and maintain AI-augmented developer tools across the ecosystem (IDE/CLI, GitHub, Slack, Atlassian, and internal IDP) to reduce manual effort.
Design structured, agentic SDLC flows including code authoring, automated test generation, incident response, and onboarding, with human-in-the-loop gates.
Develop integrations with existing SaaS via APIs and connectors; ensure AI features are intuitive for non-technical users.
Lead internal enablement through playbooks, golden prompts, and onboarding guides; foster AI-native engineering culture.
Measure impact with data-driven experiments, tracking PR velocity, cycle time, and quality metrics.
