Design, build, and deploy efficient ML models that drive real business impact in a fintech context.
Develop multi-modal, multi-task deep learning models alongside statistical models, focusing on performance, robustness, and scalability.
Translate complex business problems into scalable ML systems by partnering with product managers, tech leads, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with data platform teams to create robust batch and real-time data pipelines, ensuring data quality and reliability.
Elevate engineering standards through mentoring, code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
Communicate clearly about the rationale behind models and influence product decisions with strong problem-solving and collaboration.
