The role
The HR Generalist performs professional HR duties across employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, and policy implementation.
They ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, administer Leave of Absence programs, and maintain accurate HRIS records.
The role supports process improvements, responds to HR inquiries, and creates internal communications regarding policies.
They serve as the point of contact for HR/SOX workflows and conduct routine audits of personnel records.
Additionally, they monitor employee morale and company culture, maintain personnel files, and conduct exit interviews with recommendations.
Required: at least 2 years of HR experience, HRIS/HRMS proficiency, strong confidentiality, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
