The role
Lead data-driven decision making for a new product category by analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape analytics initiatives and ensure data quality.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
Design tools to streamline data processes and boost efficiency across the organization.
Plan, execute, and analyze experiments and A/B tests to optimize features and validate ideas.
Conduct customer analyses including churn, segmentation, and customer value using advanced SQL, BI tools, and AI-assisted approaches; thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage projects end-to-end.
