Review blueprints and specifications to determine materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor needs.
Source and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring market-aligned pricing.
Collaborate with project managers and pre-construction teams to convert estimates into revenue and meet SLA standards.
Manage subcontractor relationships, expand local lists, and communicate estimates clearly to clients.
Lead projects from start to finish with proactive planning, risk identification, and regular estimating software updates.
