The role
Oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional on-site dining services at assigned workplace accounts. Serve as the primary liaison among clients, onsite teams, culinary staff, and leadership to uphold hospitality, quality, and consistency. Manage client relations, gather feedback, and support Quarterly Business Reviews with data on satisfaction, usage, and trends. Oversee budgeting, cost management, invoicing, timekeeping, and adherence to financial controls. Coordinate onsite events, branding, and training programs to drive continuous improvement and staff development. Require 2+ years in restaurant management or corporate dining, strong communication and organizational skills, and ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain.
