The role
Lead the design and development of electro-mechanical systems focusing on PCB, sensor integration, and actuator control.
Own the hardware development lifecycle from concept through prototyping, testing, and qualification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and architect robust, reliable electrical solutions.
Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to engineers while guiding project timelines and deliverables.
Conduct design reviews, risk assessment, and root-cause analysis to ensure quality and performance.
Requires 5+ years of related experience and strong hands-on PCB design and prototyping expertise.
