The role
Design, maintain, and optimize electrical power distribution systems, including switchgear and circuit protection, for manufacturing operations.
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, controls, and automation equipment on the production floor.
Support PCB integration into production processes and equipment, ensuring reliability and performance.
Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to resolve electrical and automation issues and drive lean improvements.
Ensure compliance with TPS, NFPA standards, and OSHA electrical safety regulations; participate in installation, commissioning, and upgrade projects.
Create and update electrical schematics and documentation; mentor maintenance staff and identify continuous improvement opportunities to reduce downtime.
