HR Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to join the busy HR team with a primary focus on Learning and Development (L&D) activities. Responsibilities include maintaining the Learning Management System, creating courses, promoting programs and managing delegates. Coordinate HR and L&D events, including publicity, room bookings, refreshments, and post-event evaluation reporting. Provide administrative support to annual progression and development processes such as appraisals and promotions. Offer operational support to the Global HR Director, including budget reporting and maintaining departmental calendars and KPIs. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in data analysis, confidentiality, and cross-team collaboration.
