The role
Lead organizational change efforts for state and federal IT-driven initiatives within public sector environments.
Define stakeholder engagement strategies and develop comprehensive communication and training plans to drive adoption.
Conduct readiness assessments, measure impact with performance metrics, and manage change across people, process, and technology.
Oversee large-scale programs with 7+ years of OCM experience, including leadership roles and vendor management.
Ensure alignment with federal and client requirements, including testing, deployment, and pilot activities.
Collaborate with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize risk and sustain long-term adoption.
