The role
Line 1: The Data Scientist, GTM Analytics will design and automate scalable people analytics processes, delivering rigorous insights into the employee lifecycle.
Line 2: Collect, clean, and integrate complex datasets to inform strategic decisions across teams and leadership.
Line 3: Build and disseminate dashboards and reports, translating data into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
Line 4: Analyze the effectiveness of people operations programs and identify moments that matter to drive growth and retention.
Line 5: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define analytics needs, automate analyses, and enhance data storytelling.
Line 6: Operate with autonomy in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple projects while communicating clearly and meeting deadlines.
