The role
Own data analytics systems and dashboards to support the CRM platform and seller lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, and ordering).
Prioritize KPI requests, lead junior analysts, and translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
Define core retail KPIs and generate actionable insights from domain-specific data.
Communicate analytical results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Apply modern analytics techniques to continuously improve reports and data systems.
Lead projects end-to-end by defining requirements, documenting outputs, and delivering high-quality results.
