The role
A construction and property consultancy is seeking a project manager to oversee a range of projects including commercial, industrial, educational, healthcare, and mixed-use developments across the South West. The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring programme, costs, and risks, leading client meetings, and stakeholder engagement. The position also requires supporting business development and nurturing strong client relationships. Candidates should have experience in delivering construction projects in a consultancy setting, with strong programme and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, commercially aware approach and professional qualifications like MRICS or MAPM are desirable in candidates. The role offers a salary between £40,000 and £52,000, performance bonus, private healthcare, hybrid working, and opportunities for progression within a growing regional team.
