The role
The Graduate Musician in Residence at The King’s School, Canterbury, provides an enriching year of professional development for recent music graduates in a leading school with a strong musical tradition. The role involves coaching chamber music, conducting sectional rehearsals for orchestras, and supporting the choral programme, including participation in weekly sung worship at Canterbury Cathedral. Additional responsibilities include supervising practice and assisting with music scholars' schedules and classroom activities. There may also be opportunities to contribute to academic music teaching, offering a broad experience in school music education.
