The role
Lead a high-performing team of AI agent engineers to deliver production-grade solutions.
Own the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable, and secure AI agents that integrate with enterprise workflows.
Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
Collaborate with architects to ensure seamless integration and architectural alignment within the broader platform.
Foster innovation and continuous improvement while evaluating and adopting cutting-edge AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
Establish robust testing, monitoring, governance, and compliance practices to deliver reliable AI agents at scale.
