The role
Human Resources Manager - Charleston
Responsible for implementing HR programs, managing recruiting and staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Must have 10+ years HR experience, including team management, payroll system operations, employee relations, and compliance. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field required. Strong Excel and Word skills necessary. Experience with HRIS platforms, SHRM-CP/PHR certification, and process improvement a plus.
