The role
Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure critical work processes and benchmark performance.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards aligned with standardized reporting for business decisions.
Query structured data from Snowflake/AWS data lakes; analyze, slice, and visualize production and forecast data.
Lead forecasting and capacity planning with short- and long-term outlooks; determine equipment and labor needs.
Present insights to stakeholders, participate in regular trend reviews and capacity meetings; support ad-hoc analyses.
Engage in potential client discussions on forecast accuracy, capacity readiness, and rollout timing as needed.
