The role
As a Warehouse Operative in Stafford, you will support packing, labeling, and order picking to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
You will handle rework and unloading containers, while restocking pallets to maintain steady workflow.
You will perform general warehouse duties and housekeeping to keep the site tidy and organized.
This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail to meet daily targets.
There are opportunities for progression and cross-training for motivated candidates.
Shifts include Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 and 4-on-4 09:00–19:00, with pay rates from £12.30 to £14.00 per hour.
