The role
Lead the design and development of commercial projects from schematic design through construction documents.
Translate client goals into strategic architectural solutions that meet code, ADA, brand standards, and business objectives.
Develop full drawing sets (SD, DD, CD) using Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering tools.
Lead consultant coordination to ensure technical documentation aligns with design intent and regulatory requirements.
Optimize design workflows, review junior work for quality and constructability, and propose value-engineered solutions.
Active Architectural License (U.S.) with 5+ years in commercial architecture and a portfolio demonstrating depth in both technical and design aspects.
