The role
Seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with 7-10 years of estate planning or administration experience to join a sophisticated practice in Rockville, MD.
Contribute to estate tax minimization strategies and comprehensive estate planning matters for high-net-worth clients.
Engage with clients on real estate and business transactions, guiding due diligence and transactional processes.
Establish and document entities including LLCs, corporations, and partnerships, and support governance matters.
Active Maryland Bar admission required; DC and Virginia Bar membership preferred.
LLM preferred; strong client service focus and opportunities for career growth.
