The role
As a Residential Service Pro - Electrician, you will troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in homes across the DMV area, presenting options and completing work to code. You will identify and resolve safety hazards and NEC/ Maryland code violations. You will present flat-rate pricing professionally and manage material procurement. You will install and repair wiring, panels, breakers, conduit, and equipment to ensure safety and full functionality. You will maintain a clean, organized job site and complete documentation promptly. You will mentor an apprentice, build strong customer relationships through professional communication, and identify additional service opportunities. You will travel daily within the service area, adhere to safety policies, and collaborate with the office and team members.
