The role
As a Systems Support Specialist in an MSP setting, you deploy, configure, and support client IT environments across Windows and Linux.
Participate in project deployments such as network upgrades, server installations, cloud migrations, and security enhancements.
Provide Tier 2 technical support, resolve escalated issues, and drive thorough troubleshooting.
Configure client systems per project specifications and maintain thorough documentation of configurations and workflows.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, share progress, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Develop automation and scripting solutions to improve efficiency, backup and disaster recovery, and security compliance; occasional on-call or shift work may be required.
