The role
Ensure mission systems are secure, resilient, and fully operational in an onsite Washington, DC environment.
Provide rapid issue resolution and proactive monitoring with a customer‑first mindset for cloud infrastructure support.
Configure and maintain Standard Operating Environments (SOE), create OS images, and ensure DISA STIG compliance with patching and upgrades.
Support a wide range of technologies including Windows/macOS devices, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, printers, and organization-specific systems.
Maintain asset management, log service requests and resolutions, and provide weekly activity reports; support remote users via remote management tools.
Collaborate with application developers and engineers, communicate effectively, and uphold security and compliance requirements.
