The role
Provides frontline IT and warehouse system support to ensure availability of hardware, software, and RF equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, routers, and printers; support Windows 10, Microsoft Server, and Office Suite.
Maintain security, data backup, virus protection, and network monitoring while resolving incidents and performing routine maintenance.
Collaborate with production operations to optimize technology use, develop automation with PowerShell, and manage software deployments.
Support RF devices and Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrations, manage inventory of hardware, and document repairs.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to operate in a 24/7 on-call environment.
