The role
Lead and advise on mergers and acquisitions from structuring through execution on sophisticated, high-value transactions.
Handle transactions involving private equity and joint ventures, with exposure to complex corporate matters across multiple industries.
Provide strategic counsel on business deals and collaborate with a nationally recognized team to drive results.
Demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills to support deal success.
Big Law experience and top-tier credentials with a portable book of business are preferred.
