The role
We are seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney with 3–5 years of top-tier securities and capital markets experience, including debt and equity offerings.
Responsibilities include public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC compliance and regulation.
Support issuers on SEC filings, governance matters, and cross-practice collaboration across corporate matters.
Opportunity to work across multiple Mountain West offices in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, and Nevada.
Candidates should be team-oriented with strong written and oral communication and excellent professional recommendations.
M&A experience is a plus, and the role emphasizes client service, diligence, and a collaborative, results-driven approach.
