Seeking a Corporate Attorney to handle high-value transactions and a broad range of corporate matters.
Focus areas include mergers and acquisitions (public and private), private equity, and venture capital deals.
Responsibilities span corporate governance, general corporate advisory, and commercial contracts and strategic transactions.
Gain direct client exposure, meaningful responsibility, and close collaboration with partners on complex deals.
Requirements: JD, active Colorado Bar admission (or waiver), 3+ years of corporate transactional experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Competitive base salary range of $260k-$400k, hybrid and flexible working arrangements, and a clear path for long-term development.
