The role
Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science models to support credit risk decisions and lending profitability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, evidence-based solutions.
Ensure data quality and integrity across all processes while applying best practices in data science.
Monitor portfolio metrics and KPIs to proactively identify emerging credit risks and refine strategies.
Mentor junior data scientists and drive end-to-end project execution with cross-functional teams (ML, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Bank Partners).
Stay current with industry trends and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
