The role
Own the technical strategy for next-generation AI analytics within a quality assurance platform.
Serve as the bridge between business goals and execution, partnering with Generative AI engineering and AI operations teams to orchestrate, govern, and scale from pilot to production.
Optimize data flows and backend performance to transform batch transcripts into high-value enterprise insights.
Navigate complex architectural requirements to move pilots into robust production environments and architect automated end-to-end workflows.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to balance compute performance with sustainable unit economics.
Align with a human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven product framework to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value.
