The role
Collect, clean, and validate data from systems such as Omnia, Genesys, and Call Journey to ensure accuracy.
Analyze KPIs, agent performance trends, call patterns, and member interaction data using Excel, Power BI, and other BI tools.
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to support data-driven decision making by leadership.
Develop clear data visualizations and summaries that effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Document existing processes, workflows, reporting logic, and data flows to improve standardization and clarity.
Collaborate with team members to solve problems, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
