The role
Perform financial and data analysis to support MILCON design and construction programs, ensuring government contract compliance.
Coordinate data inquiries, draft investment justifications, and consolidate requirements for Resource Allocation Plans and out-year budgets.
Enter procurement data, track funds commitments, obligations, and disbursements in SAP or its replacement, and support reporting.
Manage SharePoint sites, develop weekly newsletters, and perform trend analysis and data quality reporting for audits.
Collaborate with PMO operations, financial management, and subject matter experts to forecast funding impacts and prepare memos.
Ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant software.
