The role
Coordinate daily outbound flows, print pick slips, finalize WMS logic, and assign pick teams.
Oversee palletizing, strapping, outbound QC, and final truck-loading quality checks.
Print and apply shipping labels, schedule 3PL pickups, and ensure secure, on-time shipments.
Enter tracking information in Shopify, manage automated shipping communications, and monitor fulfillment accuracy.
QC returns, process rebox/repair items, restock inventory, and support improvements to the returns workflow.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international e-commerce environment.
