The role
Oversee tracking and status updates for Expedited and Next Flight Out shipments via air and domestic transport.
Provide customers with timely, shipment-specific updates from RFQ through final delivery, in line with SOPs and SLAs.
Coordinate with carriers, origin/destination agents, and internal teams to ensure accurate, complete documentation and on-time delivery.
Develop and maintain SOPs for assigned customers and support ongoing process improvements, quotes, contracts, and routing.
Serve as a customer advocate, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providers.
Ensure compliance with TSA and Quality Assurance standards and accurate export/import/domestic documentation.
