The role
Coordinate on-site space bookings and facility setup for projects in Los Angeles.
Research and book spaces via Airbnb and PeerSpace, ensuring alignment with the project budget and requirements.
Manage check-in and check-out with hosts and coordinate closely with the Production team.
Use booking software to research, book, update records, and generate reports for project management.
Collaborate with project teams, interact with hardware and software, and support on-site operations.
Deliver customer-focused service with adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and strong attention to detail.
