Lead the planning and execution of conference and banqueting events in a high-profile Manchester hotel.
Manage large-scale functions from brief to delivery, ensuring flawless guest experiences and service.
Coordinate event operations including venue setup, catering, AV, room layouts, and schedules.
Supervise banqueting staff, collaborate with departments, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Work with clients to tailor offerings within budget while maintaining brand integrity.
