The role
AECOM seeks a senior civil engineer to contribute to civil design and project documentation for data centre projects, including site analysis, masterplanning, and detailed design. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery and strengthen AECOM's civil engineering expertise in the data centre sector. Responsibilities include developing infrastructure designs for earthworks, drainage, pavements, and utility systems, ensuring compliance with standards. Candidates should have experience in large-scale civil infrastructure projects and knowledge of planning, highways, and utility approvals. Skills in BIM modelling and supporting design coordination within multidisciplinary teams are essential. A degree in civil engineering or a related field is required, with chartered status or working towards it preferred.
