The role
Role: Senior Machine Learning Engineer focused on building production-ready ML models and agentic AI workflows.
Develop traditional ML models (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection) and benchmark them against agentic needs.
Design AI agents with LLM reasoning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool use, and workflow orchestration to improve cross-functional efficiency.
Ensure ECB regulatory readiness through data lineage extraction, model documentation automation, and regulatory reporting support grounded in enterprise policies.
Preprocess large datasets, deploy ML solutions into production using appropriate tools and frameworks, and monitor their performance.
Requires 3+ years of ML experience, strong Python and ML framework skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
