The role
Sell premium watches onboard cruise ships, traveling worldwide to engage guests with luxury timepiece experiences.
Deliver immersive retail experiences through onboard seminars, presentations, and in-store events.
Develop deep product knowledge and brand culture to inform and excite customers.
Exceed sales targets with a strong commission structure (up to 6%).
Live and work at sea for up to 6 months per contract with accommodation and meals provided.
Requires a robust luxury retail background, excellent face-to-face service, exceptional communication, adaptability under pressure, and public speaking skills.
