The role
A Business Analyst with experience in investment banking is sought to join a team focused on IT change initiatives, ensuring projects are correctly prioritised and delivered efficiently. The role involves close collaboration with Architects to define solutions aligned with strategy and standards, working within a designated team. Candidates should have a proven track record in delivering complex technical or software projects within regulated financial environments and be familiar with agile and Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Jira, and Confluence is essential. Desirable skills include data management, agile in Waterfall environments, and certifications in Agile or DevOps. The position offers hybrid working arrangements in London, within the scope of Inside IR35 regulations.
