The role
As the Service Business Development Manager for Global Services, you drive service revenue within existing accounts by leading quotations, change orders, and PO execution.
Serve as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Account Management, Strategic Key Accounts, and Global Service Project Management, to ensure timely delivery and growth.
Prepare and issue service quotations aligned with customer needs and pricing guidelines; manage change orders with clear scope, pricing, and terms.
Secure and validate customer POs, coordinate seamless handoffs from sales to service delivery, and maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
Build strong customer relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and support strategic service initiatives and key accounts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with excellent communication, stay detail-oriented, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
