The role
Provide skilled nursing care within an Adult Day Health Care program in upper Manhattan.
Perform UAS-based assessments and participate in care planning to ensure individualized, high-quality resident care.
Deliver compassionate clinical care, monitor residents' health, administer medications, and respond to changes in condition.
Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team; document care and outcomes accurately.
Utilize 1-3 years of nursing experience and a NYS RN license to support safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Collaborate with management and staff to maintain consistent assignments and promote a patient-centered environment.
