The role
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through polished presentation and attentive food and beverage service within the care home.
Maintain high standards of dining area presentation, cleanliness, and service during daily meals and events.
Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager and care team to tailor service to residents' needs and preferences.
Communicate clearly with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure satisfaction, safety, and comfort.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills, reliability, and attention to detail in shift planning and tasks.
