The role
Develop and deploy AI-powered backend services and data pipelines in production.
Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Engineer prompts and build applications on top of LLMs, agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Contribute to backend systems that power AI-driven features and ensure reliability and performance.
Write clean, maintainable code, participate in reviews, and follow best practices for testing, monitoring, and deployment.
Continuously learn about AI advances and share ideas with the team.
