The role
Deliver holistic, person-centred rehabilitation in adults within the community.
Collaborate with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to plan, initiate, and progress rehab plans.
Manage your own caseload independently within your scope of practice.
Support activities of daily living, including meal preparation, personal care, and medications, to promote self-management.
Provide equipment, teach exercise programmes, and signpost to community resources to enhance social engagement.
Contribute to service improvements, supervise student placements, and explore development opportunities including degree apprenticeships, with flexible working options across Leeds.
