Paralegal: Mortgage Servicing and Default Proceedings
Responsible for performing paralegal duties in residential loan servicing and default proceedings, supporting the Legal Department in managing litigation and mortgage servicing. Requires knowledge of mortgage operations, litigation, and applicable laws and regulations.
