The role
Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure data solutions for streaming and event-driven logging on AWS (MSK, Lambda, EC2, ECS, Glue, S3, Athena).
Collaborate with cloud solution architects, network engineers, analysts, program managers, and other teams to capture logging requirements and develop effective data ingestion, analytics, and reporting solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot failures and performance issues across data pipelines in a multi-region data lake and analytics platform.
Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) efforts using Terraform or CloudFormation to provision and secure data infrastructure.
Adopt CI/CD practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) to support reliable deployment pipelines and scalable services.
Bring cybersecurity domain knowledge to ensure data security, compliance, and monitoring using AWS services (KMS, IAM) and SIEM integration (Microsoft Sentinel).
