The role
The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives in a technology-focused environment.
You will partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and design HR initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and manage disciplinary procedures.
Lead talent management efforts, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Collaborate on compensation and benefits, organizational design, and change management, ensuring policies comply with employment law and informed by HR analytics.
Foster a strong culture and high employee engagement in a remote, autonomous environment; CIPD qualification and 7+ years of HR experience in tech preferred; proficient in HRIS and analytics.
