The role
You develop, refine, and test models across regression, classification, forecasting, and optimization to directly impact business outcomes.
You proactively identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and shepherd projects from problem definition to deployment.
You perform efficient, hypothesis-driven exploratory data analyses that surface actionable insights quickly.
You stay current with ML research but implement simple, robust solutions when appropriate.
You collaborate across data science, product, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-quality results.
You translate complex business challenges into well-defined tasks and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
